彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓67例临床研究

Enhanced color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs in 67 cases

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对于下肢深静脉血栓的临床应用价值,尽量提高该病的准确诊断率,减少漏诊、误诊率。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月-2011年1月67例下肢静脉血栓患者的彩色多普勒超声资料,观察血栓形成的部位、回声特点、范围、栓塞程度、急慢性特点等。结果彩色多普勒超声准确诊断63例,占94.03%,漏诊4例;左下肢49例,右下肢17例,双下肢1例;急性血栓22例,亚急性、慢性血栓45例,可作出急慢性血栓鉴别诊断。结论彩色多普勒超声具有安全、准确、简便、迅速、无创性、无禁忌症,可重复,易于定位等优点,还可提供急慢性血栓的鉴别诊断,为下肢深静脉血栓的首选诊断方法。

【Objective】 To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis clinical application value to improve the disease,accurate diagnosis rate,decrease missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis rate.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2007 January-2011 January,67 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients with color Doppler ultrasound data,observation of thrombus formation at sites,echo characteristics,range,degree of embolization,acute and chronic characteristics.【Resluts】Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of 63 cases,accounting for 94.03%;4 cases were missed.Left lower limb in 49 cases,right lower limbs in 17 cases,double lower limbs in 1 cases;22 cases of acute thrombus,subacute,chronic thrombosis in 45 cases,acute and chronic thrombosis can make differential diagnosis.【Conclusion】Color Doppler ultrasound is a safe,accurate,simple,rapid,noninvasive and repeatable,contraindications,easy location and other advantages,can provide acute and chronic thrombosis in the differential diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,as the preferred method.
