Comparative study of ESD and surgery in treating early digest malignant cancer

目的探讨内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道早期癌肿的优越性。方法统计本院近一年来进行内镜下治疗的消化道黏膜早期癌肿的手术时间、住院费用及住院天数、治愈率、不良反应等,并与传统外科手术相比。结果行内镜下治疗的患者的手术时间、住院费用及天数均明显小于外科手术治疗的患者。结论内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗消化道黏膜下早期癌症,是一种更经济的方式,且患者创伤小,康复快。但其手术风险亦应注意。

【Objective】To observe the superiority of ESD in early digest malignant cancer.【Methods】To count up the following datas：operation time,hospitalization costs,hospitalization stay,recovery date and ADRs.Compare ESD group with operation group.【Resluts】The statistics of operation time,hospitalization costs and hospitalization stays in ESD group are lower than those in operation group.The differences are significant.【Conclusion】 Endoscopic submucosal dissection is a promising technique in the treatment of early digest cancer.The ESD approaches should be improved and operative risks be avoided.
