双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄老年股骨粗隆间骨折41例疗效观察

目的观察双极人工股骨头置换治疗老年粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对到我院治疗的老年粗隆间骨折患者进行股骨头置换,观察各项指标。结果术后随访24个月,按Harris评分标准:优28例,良11例,可2例,优良率为95.12%。结论双极人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄老年粗隆间骨折的良好方法。

【Objective】To observe the bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture.【Methods】To our hospital for treatment of elder patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femoral head replacement,the indexes were observed.【Resluts】After a follow-up of 24 months,according to the Harris standard： excellent in 28 cases,good in 11 cases,2,the excellent and good rate was 95.12%.【Conclusion】Bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture with good method.
