椎体成形术和椎体后凸成形术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床体会 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术和后凸成形术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果方法 2009年5月-2011年9月之间,我科共收治单纯胸腰段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折36例,共42个椎体,其中,男24例,女12例,平均年龄74.3岁,随机分为经皮椎体成形术组17例20个椎体,经皮椎体后凸成形术组19例22个椎体。术后对患者的疼痛程度、后凸畸形矫正率及骨水泥渗漏率进行分析。结果两组视觉疼痛模拟评分较术前均明显降低,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);后凸矫正率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);骨水泥渗漏率椎体后凸成形术组明显低于椎体成形术组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎体成形术和后凸成形术临床效果无明显差异,均能迅速缓解疼痛,提高患者的生活质量,后凸畸形矫正率无差异,椎体后凸成形术能明显降低骨水泥渗漏的发生。
