大鼠红核脊髓束与脊髓小脑束起始细胞突触联系的电镜研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用神经元溃变和HRP神经元逆行追踪结合的方法,电镜观察组核脊髓束终末与脊髓小脑束起始细胞的突触联系。结果表明红核脊髓束溃变终末与HRP标记的脊髓小脑束起始神经元(脊髓边缘细胞和Clarke柱细胞)胞体及树突形成突触,但大部分溃变终扣则与非标记神经元构成突触,以轴-树突触居多。溃变终扣主要呈电子致密型和清亮型两种,以致密型为主,内多含圆形小泡。实验提示红核脊髓束与脊髓小脑束起始细胞存在直接或间接的突触联系。从形态学上证实了红核脊髓束参与脊髓小脑束起始细胞向小脑输送信息的调节作用。 Using HRP retrograde transport and anterograde generation of neurons, the synaptic connections between terminates of rubrospinal tract (RST) and original cells of spinocerebellar tract (SCT) were observed by electron microscope. The results showed that RST degeneration terminations had connections with HRP labeled cellbodies and dendrites which came from original cells (spinal border cells 3 Clarke's collumn cells), but most of the degeneration buttons covered the surface of unlabeled bodies and proximal dendrities, and most of buttons were connected with dendrites. Two types of the degeneration buttons (dark and light) of the RST which contained mixed vesicles could be seen under the EM. These buttons mainly belonged to dark types which conttained spherical vesicles. The findings suggested that RST terminations might have synaptic contact with the original cells directly or indirectly. Morphologically, the present study indicated that the terminations of RST may play a role in modulation of information which was transmitted by original cells of SCT.
