摘要 目的 研究一种新的酪氨酸激酶受体Tie2对肿瘤血管形成的影响。方法 采用Fischer大鼠 38只 ,分为实验组和对照组。分别用ExTek·6His液和对照液处理大鼠背部皮肤窗室内移植生长的肿瘤。①应用免疫组化技术观察Tie2在肿瘤血管中的表达。②于移植后第 5、7、10d分别测量肿瘤的生长体积。结果 ①免疫组化显示Tie2的表达在肿瘤移植后 5d出现在血管周围 ,并渗入到肿瘤移植物内。②实验组肿瘤生长体积比对照组减少 75 %。结论 Tie2参与了肿瘤的血管形成。 WT5”BZ] Objective To study the influence of Tie2 on tumor angiogenesis. Methods Thirty-eight rats were divided into experimental and control groups( n =19 for each). ExTek·6His protein and control solutions were injected into implanted tumor in cutaneous window chambers in rats.①Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the express ion of Tie2 in tumor angiogenesis.②Measurements of tumor volume and vascular length density were made on days 5, 7, and 10 after implantation. Results ①Immunohistochemistry demonstrated that Tie2 appeared in surrounding vessels and penetrated the tumor implant at day 5 after implantation.②Tumors treated with ExTek·6His were on average about 75% smaller than the control tumors. Conclusion Tie2 may be involved in tumor angiogenesis. [WT5”HZ]
