摘要
目的 为鸦油乳抑制膀胱肿瘤生长提供组织学依据。方法 正常狗随机分为 :注药组 (7只 )和对照组 (3只 ) ,分别经髂内动脉注入鸦油乳 0 1mg/kg、美蓝 0 1ml/kg。 1周后 ,随机活检膀胱各个部位作光镜及电镜观察。 结果 注药组光镜可见粘膜上皮细胞脱落、坏死 ,肌层和浆膜充血、水肿、坏死以及急、慢性炎性细胞浸润 ;电镜发现在微血管内有鸦油乳微栓形成 ,并见细胞质膜结构的破坏。而对照组未发现明显变化。结论 鸦油乳可抑制正常膀胱上皮细胞的生长 ,有望成为治疗膀胱肿瘤的新药物。
Objective To provide histological basis for Brucea javanica oil emulsion inhibiting bladder tumors. Methods Ten dogs were divided randomly into:①infusion-drug group( n =7) in which 0 1 mg/kg Brucea javanica oil emulsion was infused. ②control group ( n =3) in which 0 1 ml/kg methylene blue was infused via double ilial arteries.After one week, biopsy was underwent to observe the changes of the sites of dog bladder tissues under microscope and electron-microscope. Results In the infusion-drug group, drops and necroses in mucosa lamina, hyperemia, edema, necroses and acute or chronic inflamatory cells infiltration in muscular lamina and tunica adventitia, epithelial cells deformity in mesenchymal vessel were discovered under microscope, and microemboli of Brucea javanica oil emulsion in microvessel and destruction of mucosa cells plasmalemma were seen under electron-microscope. Cell form and structure in control group were no obviously changed. Conchusion These results indicate that Brucea javanica oil emulsion can inhibit growth of bladder epithelial cells and expected to become a novel drug for chemotherapy of bladder tumor through further investigation.
