摘要
建立DET电位滴定模式,方法中氯化钙回收率为99.63%~100.17%、氯化钡回收率为99.50%~101.29%,相对标准偏差RSD氯化钙为0.2%、氯化钡为0.1%。电位滴定法与原手工化学分析法对比测定结果(n=5),采用配对t检验进行分析,两种测定结果无显著性差异,实际样品测定结果满意。
DET potentiometric titration model was built. The recovery of calcium chloride is 99.63% - 100.17% , and barium chloride is 99.50% - 101.29% when the model is uesed. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of calcium chloride is 0.2% , and barium chloride is 0.1%. The determination results with Potentiometric titration method was compared with original hand -chemi-cal analysis method (n = 5 ) and was analyzed by paired t test. The determination results by two methods have no marked difference and are satisfactory in practice.
