摘要
文章叙述了碱性保护、高温灰化法检验调味盐中碘的方法,通过一系列条件实验找到了最佳操作方式,方法简便、准确、精密度高,平行测定标准偏差0.70,能够满足调味盐中碘含量的测定精度,解决了调味盐没有合适检验方法的问题,本方法还适用于螺旋藻碘、螺旋藻碘盐中碘的测定。
The method of alkalescence protection and high temperature ashing to inspect the iodine in seasoning salt is described in the paper. The optimal operation mode was found through se-ries conditional experiments. The method is simple, accurate, high-precision. The parallel deter-mination standard deviation is 0.70, it can meet the determination accuracy of iodine in seasoning salt. The problem with no proper testing method in seasoning salt is solved. This method is also ap-plicable to the determination of iodine in snirulina iodine and its salt.
