摘要
PHD实时数据库作为MES的实时数据库平台,发挥了承上启下的重要作用,不仅为MES提供数据支持,同时对采集的数据进行有效的存储与管理,还为其它上层应用系统提供数据支持。文章主要论述了化工制造型企业天津碱厂PHD实时数据库的数据采集、处理、存储及访问方式,并介绍了PHD实时数据库实施过程中注意的问题。
As MES real - time database platform, PHD real - time database plays an impor-tant role of the essential. It not only provides data support for MES and collects data for effective storage and management, but also provides data support for other upper application system. The ac-quisition, processing, storage and access method of PHD real - time database in chemical manufac-turing enterprise of Tianjin Soda Plant is discussed in the paper, and the attentional problem during implementing the PHD real-time database is introduces.
