摘要
以鲤细菌出血性败血病致病菌强毒力菌株对诺氟沙星 (Norfloxacin)等 7种抑菌药物进行体外敏感性测定 ,其中诺氟沙星高度敏感 ,最小抑菌浓度 <0 2 μg/mL。体内抗菌药效试验结果表明 ,每kg鱼体重注射 1mg诺氟沙星和口服 1 0mg/d诺氟沙星均能有效杀灭致病菌 ,提高感染鱼成活率。诺氟沙星的药动学研究结果表明 ,混饲给药后 0 75h至 2 4h ,血药浓度在 0 2 μg/mL以上。据此确定给药方案 :口服给药剂量为 1 0mg/(kg·d) ,连续给药 5次 ,在生产中应用效果良好。诺氟沙星对鲤急性口灌毒性实验结果LD50>1 0 0 0mg/kg ( 96h) ,肌肉残毒测定结果证明 ,停药 1 44h即无诺氟沙星检出 ,该药安全范围大 ,残余期短。
