摘要
乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定甲醛方法反应特异性好,干扰少,线性范围较宽,但该方法受显色剂、显色时间和显色温度影响较大,并且蒸馏过程较为复杂、繁琐、耗时。为提高测定效率而不影响测定结果,对上述步骤进行了优化。
We use Acetylacetone spectrophotometry method to determine lormaldehycle. It has gooa reacuon specificity, less disturbance and wide linear range. But this method is easily effected by chromogenic agent, color time and color temperature. And distillation process is relatively complex. In order to improve the effi- ciency without affecting determining result, we optimize the determining steps.
