小孢子菌对抗真菌药物的体外敏感性试验

In-Vitro Sensitive Test of Microsporum spp.to Anti-Fungal Drugs

参照ＮＣＣＬＳ颁布的Ｍ２７—Ａ方案中的微量稀释法，测定了８种抗真菌药物对５种小孢子菌的体外敏感性，结果证实其敏感性不同：特比萘芬、灰黄霉素、克霉唑、伊曲康唑的抑菌活性好，５－氟胞嘧啶和二性霉素Ｂ的活性较差。

Eight anti-fungal drugs were tested for the in vitro sensitivities to 5 Microsporum spp. based on the micro-dilution method in M27-A Protocol by NCCLS. It was shown that the sensitivities varied with different drugs: Terbinafine, grisefulvin , clotrimazole and itraconazole showed good inhibitory activities. and 5-flurocytosine and amphotericin B were poor in inhibitory action on M. spp.
