中西医结合护理干预对强直性脊柱炎住院患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of the combined nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the sleep quality of patients with ankylosing spondylitis

目的调查强直性脊柱炎住院患者的睡眠质量状况，探讨改善强直性脊柱炎患者睡眠障碍的中西医结合护理方法。方法采用1996年国内修订的匹兹堡睡眠质量自评量表，评价36例患者近1个月的睡眠质量，结合匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI），对睡眠不良患者采取中西医结合护理方法进行干预，出院前再次使用上述调查表评估睡眠质量改善情况。结果36例强直性脊柱炎患者中32例患者出院时睡眠总时数、睡眠习惯、睡眠质量等方面明显改善，生活习惯、心理状态及治疗依从性等有所改观，PSQI评价确定为睡眠良好（PSQI〈7分）；有4例患者仍存在不同程度的睡眠障碍。患者出院、入院PSQI总分差异有统计学意义[（5．46±1．45）比（10．35±3．22）分；t=8．31，P=0．000]。结论人性化的中西医结合护理干预措施明显改善强直性脊柱炎患者的睡眠质量，提高了患者的生活和生存质量。

Objective To survey the sleep quality status of patients with ankylosing spondylitis, and explore the integrative methods of care to improve the sleep quality of them with sleep disorders. Methods Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） to evaluate the sleep quality level of 36 patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Then, the combined nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was implemented. When they discharge, their sleep quality was evaluated again. Results When they discharge, the total sleep hours, sleeping habits and sleep quality of 32 cases were significantly improved, and their life habits, mental state and treatment compliance were improved in some degree, and had a good quality of sleep by PSQI evaluation （PSQI 〈 7）. Only 4 cases had different degree of sleep disorder. The PSQI score of patients was significantly decreased after and before admission [ （5.46 ±1.45） vs （10. 35±3.22） ;t =8.31 ,P =0.000]. Conclusions The humanized combined nursing interventions of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve sleep quality of patients with ankylosing spondylitis significantly, and improve the patient＇ s life and survival quality.
