医院船远航期间医疗器械清洗的方法及效果

Research on the cleaning methods and effects of medical instruments during hospital ship long-range sailing period

目的探讨医院船远航期间海外医疗服务医疗器械清洗方法及效果。方法将远航期间使用普通器械共计3348把、复杂器械92把作为观察组，加强使用后预处理，在机械清洗基础上辅助手工清洗。同时选择医院同类手术78台，使用普通器械共计4577把、复杂器械156把作为对照组，并对两组器械清洗效果进行监测分析。结果观察组普通器械、复杂器械清洗合格率分别为98．60％，97．82％％，对照组分别为99．10％，98．07％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（X^2值分别为1．237，1．491；P〉0．05）。结论在远航特殊的环境下，通过重视医疗器械使用后的预处理，选择适宜的清洗剂，将手工清洗和机械清洗有机结合起来，执行规范的清洗流程、加强专业化管理是保证清洗效果的重要手段。

Objective To investigate the cleaning methods and effects of medical instruments during the long-range sailing period. Methods During the long-range sailing period, total of 3 348 ordinary instruments and 92 complex instruments that we used as the research group, which strengthened the pretreatment for used mechanical cleaning on the base of auxiliary manual cleaning. At the same time, 78 similar operations in our hospital as control group that used common instruments total of 4 577 and complex instruments 156. And the cleaning effect of instruments of two groups were monitored and analyzed. Results The cleaning qualified rate of ordinary instruments and complex instruments in research group respectively was 98.60% and 97.82%, and that in control group respectively was 99. 10% and 98.07% , and no significant difference was found between the two groups （ X^2 = 1. 237, 1. 491, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Under special long-range sailing condition, through serious concerning on medical equipment pre-processing after use, choosing the appropriate cleaning detergent, integrating the machine wash with hand wash, carrying out the standardized washing progress, enhancing the more professional management are crucial to safeguard the effects of cleaning.
