以学生为主体的护理技能强化训练教学实践

摘要 目的探讨以学生为主体的护理技能强化训练对学生的影响。方法将强化训练纳入教学计划,安排在实习前一学期,每周4学时,采取教师引导下的讨论一学生课后自主练习自我反思一学生互考互评的训练形式。结果3次参加省级护理技能考核比赛成绩均名列前茅,考评专家尤其对学生的应变能力和沟通交流能力给予很高评价;87.9%的学生认为该训练形式调动了其学习的主动性,84.8%以上的学生认为该训练形式可启发其思维、培养其创新意识;79.4%以上的临床带教教师认为参加该训练的学生有很好的沟通交流能力和人文关怀能力。结论以学生为主体的护理技能强化训练调动了学生学习的主动性,提高了其应变能力,培养了其评判性思维能力和人文关怀能力。 Objective To study the eitect of intensified training of nursing skill on the students. Methods The intensified training was planed in the preclinica[ term, before the term of internship, and 4 hours every week, took the form of teaching, self-practice, and self-evaluating among the students. Results Good results were achieved in three tests adminstered at the province level, and was appraised by doctors and students. Total of 87.9% nurses could mobilized their studying initiative, 84.8% nurses could inspired their thinking and innovation, 79. 4% teachers believed that the training could improve students' abilities of communication and humanistic care. Conclusions The training can improve students' reaction, attitude, sympathy and analytic abilities.
