基于实践能力均衡发展目标的实践教学体系建构——以新建地方本科院校经管类专业为例

Constructing Practically Teaching System Based on the Goal of Balanced Development on Practical Ability——Case Study of Finance and Managament Majors in Newly-founded Local Universities

提升学生的实践能力,是高等教育的时代主题,也是高等教育教学改革肩负的历史使命。新建地方本科院校的经管类专业,因其所属高校的特色和在高等教育体系中的地位,及其所培养的人才实践性极强的特点,对构建以实践能力提升为主线,以能力结构均衡发展为目标的实践教学体系,提出了急迫而又颇具挑战性的要求。通过科学设计实践教学体系改革方案,确立体系构建原则,明确体系构建目标,构筑多样化的教学平台,创设多元化的教学内容,不断完善监管体系,建立具有系统性、创新性特点的新型实践教学体系,对新建地方本科院校经管类专业的人才培养,具有重大意义。

Promoting the practical ability of our students is not only the time theme in our higher education but the historical responsibility that should be taken by our teaching reform in higher education. The newly-found local economic and management departments in liberal art universities propose an urgent and challenging demand in constructing practical teaching system based on the common thread of promoting practical ability and on the goal of balanced development regarding ability structure due to features of affiliated university, the status in higher education system and cultivating attributes in training practical talented people working in the production line and professional talents good at practice. It has a great significance for cultivating talents in a newly-founded local economic and management departments of liberal art universities through scientifically designing reform program concerning practical teaching system to set up systematic structuring principles, clarify systematic structuring goals, constructing diverse teaching platform, set up diverse teaching contents, perfect supervision system constantly and build a systematic and creative new style of practical teaching system.
