摘要
我国高校教师网络培训具有低成本、规模化、高水平、可持续的特点,国家、地方政府、高等学校、教师个体、网络培训机构应对高校教师网络培训给予法规、政策、经费、观念、职能等方面的支持、转变与完善,以期形成具有中国特色的高校教师网络培训模式与机制,为高校教师队伍建设做出贡献。
China＇ s web-based training of university teachers is cost-effective, extensively developed, advanced and sustainable. In order to form the mode and mechanism of web-based training for faculties of higher education with Chinese characteristics, state and local governments, higher teaching institutes, university and college teachers as well as net-work training institutions should transform their minds and improve their functions to offer more policy and financial support, contributing to the team construction of university teachers.
