研究生心理健康服务需求现状的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Graduate Students' Psychological Health Service Needs

研究生心理健康越来越被社会重视,在研究使用"心理健康服务需求量表"对山西省200名在校研究生进行心理健康服务需求现状调查。调查表明,山西省研究生对心理健康的服务内容、服务形式、服务人员素质等都有一定的需求,特别是对服务人员素质、服务目的方面存在较高的需求。这一研究结果,为研究生心理健康服务工作提供了方向,如利用有效的渠道、组织更加丰富的活动、关注服务人员的培训等。

Psychological health of graduate students is more and more paid close attention by the society. This study uses the ＂mental health service demand scale＂ to search 200 Shanxi graduate students＇ need of psychological health service. It shows that graduate students of Shanxi Province have a certain need in psychological health service such as service contents, service pattern and servicers＇ professional quality, etc, especially have a higher demand of the servicers＇ quality, service purpose and servicers＇ professional skills. This result provides a direction for psychological health workers, such as the use of effective way of work, organizing more kinds of activities, establish a scientific construction and focus on psychological servicers＇ professional training, etc.
