摘要 本文研究了冷变形前过时效、固溶温度、保温时间、变形量、加热速度等热机械处理工艺对 Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr 合金再结晶行为的影响。结果表明:冷变形前的时效工艺对再结晶的影响非常显著。在275℃时效4h,强烈阻碍再结晶,而在400℃时效4h,促进再结晶。固溶温度越高,越有利于再结晶,且晶粒越粗大,但保温时间对再结晶的影响不显著。大变形量和快速加热也有利于再结晶。本文探讨了各种因素影响再结晶的机制。 An investigation Was made for the influence of thermomechanical treatmentprocessing such as overaging prior to cold work,solution temperature,solution time,coldwork,heating rate,etc.on the recrystallization behavior of A1-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloys.Theresults indicated that overaging prior to cold work has great effect on recrystallization.Itwas retarded by overaging at 275℃ for 4 h and was promoted by overaging at 400℃ for 4h.The higher the solution temperatrue,the easier the recrystallization and the larger the grainsize.But the solution time has little influence on the recrystallization.Large deformation orhigh heating rate are favorable for recrystallization.
