摘要
目的研究菝葜乙醇提取物对大鼠离体胃肠道平滑肌收缩活动的影响及作用机制。方法以大鼠离体胃肠道平滑肌条作为研究对象,用生物功能实验系统记录和观察20、40和80 mg/mL的菝葜乙醇提取物分别在正常条件下及阿托品作用下对大鼠胃肠道平滑肌振幅的影响。结果菝葜乙醇提取物可显著增强大鼠胃肠道平滑肌条的振幅,且随浓度呈升高趋势;而菝葜乙醇提取物对阿托品引起的胃肠道平滑肌松弛效应具有明显拮抗作用。结论菝葜乙醇提取物对大鼠胃肠道平滑肌条的收缩活动具有显著的加强作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effects of smilax china L ethanol extract on the contractility of isolated gastric and intestinal smooth muscle strips in rats and its potential mechanisms. [Methods] The ef- fects of 20, 40 and 80 mg/mL smilax china L ethanol extract on the contractility of isolated rat gastric and intestinal smooth muscle strips in the presence of normal tyrode" solution or atropine were studied. [Results] Smilax china L ethanol extract significantly enhanced the contractility of rat gastric and intestinal smooth mus- cle strips in a dose-dependent manner, and Smilax china L ethanol extract could antagonize the relaxation of intestinal smooth muscle induced by atropine. [Conclusions] Smilax china L ethanol extract has remarkably stimulate effect on the contractility of isolated rat gastric and intestinal smooth muscle strips.
