摘要
目的研究紫杉醇纳米脂质体对肿瘤的影响。方法通过建立移植肿瘤动物模型,观察紫杉醇注射液和紫杉醇纳米脂质体对肿瘤的抑制作用和生命延长率。结果紫杉醇纳米脂质体在浓度为10.0μg/mL时,对体外培养的S-180肉瘤细胞,其抑制率79%,高于紫杉醇注射液。紫杉醇纳米脂质体对小鼠实体瘤S-180的抑瘤率可达83.3%,生命延长率可达96.8%,显著高于紫杉醇注射液。结论紫杉醇纳米脂质体比紫杉醇注射液能更有效地抑制癌细胞和实体瘤的生长。
[ Objective ] To investigate the effects of paclitaxel nanoliposomes on tumor. [ Methods ] Through an- imal model with transplant tumor, inhibition of tumor and persistence of mouse were observed. [ Results ] The inhibi- tion rate of cultured S-180 cells in the concentration of 10.0μg/mL of paclitaxel nano-liposomes was 79%, it was higher than that in paclitaxel injection. The inhibition rate of tumor and persistence of mouse were 83.3% and 96.8% respectively after treated by paclitaxel nanoliposomes, they were significantly higher than after treated by paclitaxel nanoliposomes injection. [ Conclusions ] Paclitaxel nanoliposomes is more effectual paclitaxel injection in inhibiting cancer cell and tumor.
