低温等离子射频消融对老年变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Coblation plasma surgery system in the treatment of senile allergic rhinitis

目的利用低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年变应性鼻炎,对比研究其对变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法选择老年变应性鼻炎患者60例,实验组采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,分别于治疗后0月、3月、6月、12月随访,根据中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科学分会推荐标准及修改鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分,统计学分析数据。结果两种治疗方法均有效,治疗12月后实验组与对照组评分与治疗前相比,均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后3月疗效优于实验组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后6月及12月疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年变应性鼻炎的疗效是肯定的,不失为一种避免患者长期用药的治疗手段。

[ Objective ] To learn the effect of coblation plasma surgery system in the treatment of senile allergic rhinitis by using control experiment. [ Methods ] A total number of 60 patients were involved in this trial, which were parted into experimental group and control group. The experimental group took the coblation plasma surgery system while the control group took medicine. The symptom scores and self-assessment were recorded in 0 month, 3 months,6 months and 12 months after the treatment. [ Results ] This two ways of treatment were both confirmed ef- fective. Medicatement group had a better effect in the first 3 months, while coblation plasma surgery system group was better in the other period, which had statistic significance. [ Conclusions ] The effect of coblation plasma surgery system in the treatment of senile allergic rhinitis is certain as a treatment to avoid of long-time medication.
