摘要
在几种不同金属离子浓度和不同 pH范围内研究了褶皱臂尾轮虫 (Brochionuspli catilis)的增殖速率 ,并根据增殖速率值确定最适宜褶皱臂尾轮虫增殖所需的Zn2 +、Co2 +、Ca2 +质量浓度分别约为 0 4、 4 0、 1 50 0mg/L ,pH值约为 9 0 0。
The fecundity of \%Brachionus plicatilis\% was determined under several concentrations of metal irons and pH. According to the fecundity,it was found that the optimal Zn\+\{2+\},Co\+\{2+\} and Ca\+\{2+\} concentration for reproduction of \%Brachionus plicatilis\% was 0 4, 4.0 mg/L and 150.0 mg/L,respectively and pH was 9 00.
