杭达多尔济和车林齐密特研究——以1911年外蒙古赴俄国代表团为考察基点

The Research on Qandadorji and Cherengchimed——An inspection based on the outer Mongolia Delegation visiting Russia in 1911

1911年辛亥革命后外蒙古宣布"独立",远在辛亥革命前外蒙古王公便召开秘密会议谋求独立,并派出代表团赴俄国寻求支持。该代表团中的杭达多尔济、车林奇密特和海山对于推动外蒙古"独立"起了特别重要的作用。笔者拟利用中俄外交档案等史料,对该代表团的核心人员,代表团赴俄国请求给予独立支持以及俄国相应的外交决策过程作一梳理,并就外蒙古王公和俄国在"独立"中的作用做简要的探讨。

Outer Mongolia announced independence after the Revolution of 1911. The Lama and maha- rajas who devoted to the movement had been confusing. Outer Mongoliamaharajas had plotted independ- ence and sended a delegation to Russia in order for a favour before the Revolution of 1911. Qandadorji, Cherengchimed and Khaisan in that delegation all played important roles in promoting independence. This paper will use historical data such as Russian diplomatic archives to make a brief discussion on how the del- egation of Outer Mongolia went to Russian and ask for independent foreign support, the corresponding for- eign policy decision making process of Russian and the role played in independence movement by Outer Mongolia maharajas.
