Melody Classification and Morphological Description of Epic Music

蟒古思因·乌力格尔是科尔沁地方音乐文化传统中重要的组成部分。本文以布仁初古拉演述的《宝迪嘎拉巴可汗》这一特定的史诗文本为例,对其音乐曲调进行类型学分类,同时进行音乐形态的描述与分析,进而试图阐释史诗表演及其背后的文化意义。显然,抄尔奇的表演是一种动态的过程,在这一过程中,唱词、唱腔、伴奏构成一个整体,在彼此的互动中生成了口头艺术的演唱文本。而对抄尔奇来说演述中的唱词和音乐是同时建构的统一体。

Manggusiyin Wulige＇er is an important component of the local music tradition in Horqin. Taking the specific epic text Baodigalaba Khan sung by Burenchugula for an instance, this article makes a typological classification of its melody, and in the meantime, a description and analysis about its music morphology. Furthermore, it tries to interpret its cultural significance in the performance. Obviously, the performance of Chao＇erqi is a dynamic process, during which libretto, aria and accompaniment constitute a complete whole and the interaction among them brings forth this oral singing text. As for Chao＇erqi, the unity of libretto and music in the singing are formed simultaneously in the proeess.
