摘要
在无线电收发设备中,锁相频率合成器电路是其不可或缺的组成部分。首先介绍了美国国家半导体公司生产的低功耗双通道频率合成器LMX2336的内部结构,然后在深入研究其应用特点的基础上,给出了基于LMX2336的外围滤波器和VCO电路的设计,以及利用合泰单片机HT98R068编程控制LMX2336来达到调整VCO输出频率的方法。
The PLL frequency synthesizer circuit is an integral part of the wireless signal transceiver equipment. At first, the internal structure of the low-power dual-channel frequency synthesizer LMX2336 which is produced by the National Semicon- ductor corporation is introduced, on the base of studying the characteristics of its structure, the design of peripheral loop filter and VCO circuit based on LMX2336 is given. The way using Hotelk programming microcontroller HT98R068 to control LMX2336 to adjust the output frequency of VCO is described.
