某组合天线平面度超标分析和解决方法

摘要 配套某机载设备的组合天线,其底板面积较大,如果平面度较大,与飞机安装的底板之间出现较大的装配间隙,在特殊环境下,可能导致组合天线性能下降。用户要求组合天线的平面度小于1.5 mm,生产过程中平面度超标是生产过程中的最大障碍。分析了天线平面度超标问题,找到了解决平面度超标的方法,最终满足了用户的使用要求。 A combined antenna for airborne equipment has a large area, if the flatness is poor, the large assembly clearance with the aircraft may reduce the performance of the combined antenna in special circumstances. The flatness can't meet the standard is the biggest obstacle during production process, the user requirement for the flatness of combined antenna is less than 1.5 mm, Analyze the reasons of poor flatness, find the solutions to solve the problems of poor flatness, and finally meet the requirements of user.
