Millikan术与传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝疗效比较

Comparison of clinical efficacy between Millikan tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty for inguinal incarcerated hernia

目的比较Millikan无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术在腹股沟嵌顿疝治疗中的优缺点。方法对近年来因腹股沟嵌顿疝采用Millikan术（96例）和传统疝修补术（18例）的患者，比较手术时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症及复发情况。结果Millikan术较传统疝修补术手术时间缩短，下床活动时间提前，住院时间缩短，术后并发症减少，复发率显著下降。结论Millikan术用于腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊手术是安全有效的，并发症少且复发率低，较传统术式有明显优势。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between Millikan tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernio- plasty for inguinal incarcerated hernia. Methods Ninety six patients with inguinal incarcerated hernia received Millikan ten- sion-free hernioplasty and 18 patients received the traditional hernioplasty. The operation time, bedside training time, postopera- tive hospital stay, postoperative complications and the recurrence were compared between two groups. Results Compared to the traditional hernioplasty, the operation time, bedside training time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter; the recurrence rate and postoperative complication rate in Millikan tension-free hernioplasty were lower. Conclusion Compared to the traditional hernioplasty, Millikan tension-free hernioplasty is safer and more effective with less postoperative complications and lower recurrence rate.
