可回收腔静脉滤器回收影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 腔静脉滤器是临床预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生肺梗塞(PE)的有效手段,但长期放置滤器后可出现滤器移位、血管穿孔、下腔静脉血栓成等并发症。可回收腔静脉滤器(RVCF)是近年来出现的新型滤器。植入体内后可在一定时期内回收,又可以转为永久性滤器。目前,同内未见对RVCF回收率及其可能影响因素的临床研究。本文旨在对近年来在我院接受RVCF植入术的96例患者的临床资料作一回顾性分析,现将结果报道如下。
