糖尿病诊断指标GHbA_(1c)的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病目前已被国际社会列为人类健康头号杀手的非传染性疾病之一。而血糖的检测在糖尿病的诊断、治疗及预防急性和慢性并发症中尤为重要。GHbA1c是反映既往2~3个月平均血糖水平的指标,用于评估长期血糖控制状况。目前GHbA1c检测已经被推荐作为糖尿病诊断试验。现对GHbA1c的研究进展做一综述。 Diabetes mellitusis currently considered as one of the world's main non-infected diseases that haphazard human health. Detection of glycaemia is particularly important in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the acute and chronic complications of diabetes. GHbA1c can reflect glycaemia level during the past 2 - 3 months and has been recommended as a diagnostic test of diabetes mellitus at present. Here we summarized the research progress of GHbA1c in this paper.
