摘要
目的:了解该社区老年人血脂情况及其与上臂间血压差异(IAD)的相关性。方法:对该街道整群随机抽样,随机抽取2个村。对村中60岁以上的常住人口全部进行调查。总人数1 351人,被调查且资料完整的人纳入研究。调查的项目有年龄、性别、总胆固醇(TC)、HDL-C,LDL-C,甘油三酯(TG)、两上臂血压、既往史。结果:共1 135人纳入研究,总的血脂异常为59.9%(680/1 135),女性高TC血症、高LDL-C血症现患率高于男性(P<0.01),而低HDL-C血症现患率低于男性(10.8%对比16.8%)。高LDL-C血症现患者在各年龄组间差异明显(P<0.05),60~69岁组最高为36.8%。Pearson相关性分析发现,IAD与LDL-C、TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05),其中与TC/HDL-C相关性最强。结论:该社区老年人总的血脂异常及低HDL-C血症现患率较高,女性低HDL-C血症现患率低于男性。血脂水平与IAD密切相关性,血脂检测尤其联合血脂各参数检测可更全面对心血管疾病进行预测和危险评估。
Objective: To investigate dyslipidemia among residents aged ≥60 years in rong-gui community and relationship between dyslipidemia and inter-arm blood pressure difference (IAD). Methods: One thousand one hundred and thirty five cases [60-94 year-old, (67.84 ±6.70) years] of total 1351 residents aged≥60 years in the 2 villages in Rong-Gui community were investigated. ( TC ), High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) Investigative items included age, sex, total cholesterol low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), blood pressure of two arms, history of past illness. Results: Of 1 135 residents, the prevalence of dyslipi- demia were 59. 9% (680/1 135 ). Females with hypercholesterolemia, elevated LDL-C were significantly higher than males (P 〈0. 01 ), and low HDL-C lower than males ( 10. 8% vs 16.8%, P 〈0. 01 ). LDL-C among three age groups (60-69 year-old, 70-79 yea r-old and ≥80 year-old) with elevated were significant. The prevalence of residents aged 60 - 69 years with elevated LDL-C was 36. 8% and is the highest among three groups. Using pearson correlation analysis, we found that IAD was positively correlated with LI)L-C, TC/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C (P 〈 0. 05), negatively correlated with HDL-C (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Prevalence of dyslipidemia and low HDL-C among 1 135 residents in Rong-Gui community was high. Female prevalence with low HDL-C was 10. 8% and significantly lower than males. Blood lipid level and IAD was closely correlate. Blood lipid level detection especially combined lipid parameter detection can be more comprehensive in cardiovascular disease prediction and risk assessment.
