摘要
通过分析公共交通导向(TOD)模式下城市公交干线与沿线土地利用的特征,建立基于非线性微分方程的城市公交干线与沿线土地利用的互动关系模型,研究城市公交干线和土地利用的动态演化过程及趋势.考虑到TOD模式下城市公交干线和土地利用的协调发展关系,修正了互动关系模型,基于微分方程稳定性理论分析城市公交干线和土地利用达到平衡状态时的稳定性及条件.通过Simulink软件对城市公交干线与土地利用的互动关系进行了仿真,结果表明,文中模型能够揭示TOD模式下城市公交干线与土地利用的互动关系及演化趋势.
In this paper, the features of urban arterial transit route and its surrounding land use in the transit-oriented development (TOD) mode are analyzed, and a model describing the interactive relationship between the route and the land use is established based on nonlinear differential equations. Then, the dynamic evolvement and trend of the urban arterial transit route and the land use are analyzed. Moreover, by taking into consideration the coordinated development of the urban arterial transit route and its surrounding land use in the TOD mode, the proposed interac- tive relationship model is modified, and the stability and conditions for the equilibrium state are discussed based on the differential equation stability theory. Finally, a simulation is carried out with Simulink to verify the interactive relationship. The results show that the established model well describes the interactive relationship and dynamic evolvement between the urban arterial transit route and the land use in the TOD mode.
