摘要
粗糙表面的接触分析应用广泛,但其接触机理至今仍不够明确.有鉴于此,文中提出了一种考虑压剪组合作用力的双粗糙面接触模型.该模型用韦伯分布函数来描述双粗糙面的复合粗糙度,用球谐转向扩张函数来描述微凸体接触对接触方向的概率分布.分析表明:粗糙度对接触面的竖向和剪切刚度有明显的影响;接触对的方向分布对剪切刚度的影响显著,是模型中应包含的一个重要参数.数值分析与试验结果有很好的吻合度,说明所提出的模型是有效的.
Although the contact analysis of rough surface is widely used, the corresponding contact mechanism is still unclear. In order to solve this problem, a contact model of two rough surfaces under combined compression- shear load is proposed. In this model, the Weibull distribution function is introduced to describe the combined roughness of asperity contact, and a shifted spherical harmonics expansion is employed to describe the contact orientation probability distribution. Analytical results show that roughness greatly affects the normal and shear stiffness, and that the asperity contact orientation, which is an important parameter of the model, also remarkably affects the shear stiffness. The analytical results accord well with the experimental ones, which means that the proposed model is of high effectiveness.
