摘要
用熔化的苯酚、甲醛和氢氧化钠溶液经过一系列的反应得到酚醛树脂。离子液体与酚醛树脂共混经过一系列的反应生产出离子液体/酚醛树脂复合胶黏剂,测定拉伸剪切强度,再用红外光谱与DSC测定改性酚醛树脂胶黏剂的结构与性能,比较分析离子液体的种类及其结构特点对酚醛树脂复合胶黏剂的性能影响。
Phenolic resin was synthesized from melted phenol,formaldehyde and sodium hydroxide solution through a series of reactions.Then ionic liquid / phenolic resin composite adhesive was prepared from ionic liquids and the phenolic resin.Its tensile shear strength was determined,and then structure and properties of the modified phenolic resin adhesive were also determined by infrared spectra and DSC.At last,effect of types and structural characteristics of ionic liquids on performance of the phenolic resin composite adhesive was compared and analyzed.
