摘要
以玉米淀粉和乙醛酸,三乙醇胺为主要原料,制备了改性淀粉膜。研究了不同乙醛酸用量对淀粉膜的力学性能、水溶性能、吸湿率的影响,并对乙醛酸淀粉膜进行了DSC热分析。确定出适宜实验反应条件为:20 g玉米淀粉,10 g乙醛酸,反应温度为80℃,时间为1 h。
Using corn starch,glyoxylic acid and triethanolamine as main raw materials,modified starch films were prepared.The effect of glyoxylic acid amount on moisture absorption,mechanical properties and water solubility of starch film was studied,and DSC analysis on glyoxylic acid modified starch film was carried out.The appropriate experimental reaction condition was determined as follows: corn starch 20 g,glyoxylic acid 10 g,reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 1 h.
