According to fault causes of CO2compressors,five main maintenance steps were introduced,including body detection,bearing testing and installation,detection of compressor No.1 segment,No.2 segment and No.4 segment,integral disassembly and assembly of compressor No.3 segment,and equipment alignment.In integral disassembly and assembly of compressor No.3 segment,the assembly method of each component was discussed as well as reference values for measurement data.It’s pointed out that the formulation of correct maintenance method is a basis to ensure maintenance quality and schedule.
