摘要 柳125-25井属于低渗透裂缝型油井,根据油藏特性开展了以RD-1冻胶调剖剂进行深部调剖的研究。结合室内试验和现场试验确定了低渗透裂缝型油藏深部调剖剂的基本配方,考察了聚合物、交联剂、促交剂用量对凝胶黏度、成胶时间的影响。结果表明,配方体系适应该油井,该调剖剂已在柳125-25井整体调剖中得到应用,取得了良好的堵水效果。 Liu 125-25 well belongs to low permeability fractured wells.In this paper,according to the reservoir’s characteristics,deep profile control of the well with RD-1 gel profile control agent was studied.Combined with laboratory and field tests,the basic formula of deep profile control agent for the low permeability fractured reservoirs was determined.Effect of polymer dosage,crosslinking agent dosage,crosslinking promoter dosage on gel viscosity and gelling time was investigated.The results show that the formula system can adapt to the well,the adjustable profile control agent has been used in 125-25 well,and good water plugging effect has been achieved.
