摘要
通过微波消解和电感耦合等离子体质谱法,采用半定量筛查,定量分析的手段,开展夏枯草中金属元素定性、定量研究,初步找出与抗癌机制的相关元素。结果显示,夏枯草中Mg、Al、Ca、Mn、Fe、Zn、Se、Sn、Mo等金属元素含量较高,初步确定这些元素可能是夏枯草抗肿瘤的目标元素。该研究从金属组学角度为开展夏枯草抗癌作用机制研究奠定基础。
Qualitative and quantitative analyses of metal elements in prunella vulgaris were carried out by microwave digestion,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Elements related with the anti-cancer mechanism were identified.The results show that prunella contains high contents of Mn,Zn,Mo,and other metals;and they may be target elements for the anti-tumor.This study can lay a foundation for carrying out research on anti-cancer mechanism of prunella vulgaris.
