Roles Features and Proposals of the Development of the Non-public Sectors of the Economy in Tibet

西藏非公有制经济在党和国家政策的指引下,已经在促进西藏经济、扩大就业、增加地方税收收入等方面发挥了积极作用,呈现的特征十分显著。今后,要从转变思想观念、落实政策措施、加大财政支持力度、加强服务和引导等多个方面加大西藏非公有制经济的发展力度,进一步提高西藏非公有制的发展水平和质量。

The non-public sectors of the economy in Tibet has played positive roles in the aspects of promoting the economy of Tibet,enlargement of employment,increasing the local taxation and revenue un- der the guidance of the Chinese Communist Party and the national policy. It presents remarkable fea- tures. From now on,the development of the non- public sectors of Tibetan economy shall be strengthened from many aspects such as changing the mindset,carrying out policy measures,enhancing the financial support extent and intensifying the service and guidance,in order to make further enhancement on the development level and quality of the Tibetan non-public sectors of economy.
