摘要 国产高速动车组投入使用前,需要对其进行性能测试,牵引传动系统是列车控制的核心,对其关键电气参数工作状态的监测对列车安全、可靠运行至关重要。详细介绍了基于CPCI总线技术的便携式高速动车牵引传动监测系统的硬件研制。首先介绍了CRH380型高速动车组牵引传动单元的组成及测试要求,然后详细介绍了监测系统硬件构架,阐述了牵引系统电气参数从采集处理到显示存储等功能的硬件实现方法。该测试系统具有小型化和通用性,为列车牵引系统工作状态的测定提供了科学的技术手段和评判依据,具有较高的应用价值。 It is needed to test the performance of domestic high speed EMUs before putting into practice. Trac- tion drive system plays a vital role on safety operations for trains running. It is important to monitor the working and operating status of some electrical parameters to assure its safety and reliability. The hardware design of a portable measurement system for high speed EMUs traction drive system based on CPCI bus is introduced. Firstly, the composition of CRH380 traction drive system and its test standards are introduced. Then, the whole hardware structure of measurement system is explain al-time data collection, processing, display and save ed, the hardware realization of electrical parameters for re- is expounded. This system provides a scientific technique method and assessment for the judge of the working status of train traction system with its generality and fea- tures of minimization, which has some application values.
