四凉统治时期青海河湟地区行政建制初探

The Discussion about the Administrative Organizational System in Hehuang Area under the Four Liangs' Reign

公元四至五世纪初,十六国中的前凉、后凉、南凉以及北凉曾先后掌控河湟谷地。作为地方性小政权,四凉统治者出于巩固统治和最大限度掌控属地的需要,都纷纷在河湟地区广置郡县,使得当地出现了一次地方行政建设的高潮,这些郡县有的如昙花一现,影响甚微;有的则为以后各代在河湟地区的行政设置和城镇分布格局奠定了基础。

In the 4th and the beginning of 5th century, the Hehuang area in Qinghai province once successively under the reign of QianLiang. HouLiang.NanLiang and BeiLiang. In order to consolidate their re- gime,these four states established more and more counties in this area. Consequently,the administrative pattern of Qinghai Province Hehuang region was changed and had an significant influence on the later dynasties.
