《英语专业学生交际综合能力评估项目》探究——以青海师范大学外语系为例

Appraisal Project on the Comporehenive ability of Communitation for English Majors ——Take Foreign Langue Department of Qinghai Normal University as an Example

研究表明在就业中影响外语系英语专业学生面试成功的主要因素包括三方面,非语言因素、语言因素和实践交际能力,据此,我们建立了一个能真实客观地考核专业学生交际综合能力的《英语专业学生交际综合能力评估项目》,并制定了详细的评分标准。通过对学生的交际综合能力进行全方位的检测,从中发现存在的问题与不足,以便进行教学改革或调整。以此,增强学生就业竞争力。

Many factors leading to the failure of English majors in their job interviews from Foreign Langue Department of Qinghai Normal University include non-langue factors, language factors and practical communicative ability. Therefore, we set up The Appraisal Project of comprehenive ability of communication for English Majors, and set the detailed score standards. From the all-round test of the ability of communication for English majors, we found the problems and imperfections so as to reform and adjust English teaching in practice.
