摘要
为了避免拉弯矫直机在研发过程中存在的生产周期长、成本高、产品质量低等缺点,采用Inventor软件对拉弯矫直机进行虚拟制造及关键部件的应力分析。首先建立拉弯矫直机的三维实体模型和虚拟装配,其次对设备中的关键部件进行受力分析,从而可方便、迅速地检查和评价产品的设计方案,确保了产品设计尺寸的准确性。
To avoid shortcomings of long production cycle, high costs and low quality in the manufactory process of stretch-bending leveler, this article used Inventor software to manufacture virtually and analyze stress of stretch-bending leveler. Then the three-dimensional model was established assembled virtually. The state of stresses in the equipment was analyzed, which made it conveniences and rapid to inspect and evaluate the design for ensuring the accuracy sizes.
