摘要
在机器的设计和制造过程中,不仅需要保证设备的主功能够满足用户的使用要求,也必须确保辅助结构的运行稳定和可靠,任何结构的故障都会严重影响机组的正常生产,造成重大经济损失。以感应加热器的耐材支架故障为例,应用材料的高温蠕变理论,对支架故障原因进行了研究和分析,提出了满足使用要求的改进办法。实践表明本次改造是成功和有效的,为工程项目管理中类似问题的解决提供了经验和方法。
During design and manufacturing stages, not only main function of equipments should be en- sured to satisfy the customers requirements, but also the auxiliary structures should be stable and reliable. Any de- fects will affect the normal production of the whole line heavily and thus cause great loses to the plant. This article takes the support faults of induction heater refractory materials as example. After the reason of the faults is studied and analysed by applying the high-temperature theory, the modification methods of the use satisfied are presented. The practice result show this modification is successful and valid. It provides methods and experience for the similar project management.
