摘要
针对传统转炉三点球铰联接装置的不足之处——易损件自调螺栓的更换不方便提出了改进方式,通过在设计上将自调螺栓由T形改为圆柱形,实现了空炉时在线更换自调螺栓。并且成功地应用在某钢厂50t转炉球铰的维护更换,取得了经济效益。
Traditional three-point ball pivot coupling device for converter has a defect of inconvenient replacement of wear parts self-adjusting bohs. In this paper, an improvement is put forward for the self-adjusting bolts. In the design, the sell-adjusting bolts are changed from T type into cylindrical type, enabling online replace- ment of the self-adjusting bolts when the converter is empty. This improvement has been successfully applied to the ball pivot maintenance of a 50t converter in a steel works, obtaining economic benefits.
