治咳川贝枇杷滴丸在感冒后咳嗽中的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan in Cough Post Infectious

目的:探讨治咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗感冒后咳嗽的疗效。方法:将2011年8月～2012年5月我院门诊诊断为感冒后咳嗽的60例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,其中对照组按西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用止咳川贝枇杷滴丸治疗,观察两组用药后对感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.33%和83.33%,经统计学处理,两组的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治咳川贝枇杷滴丸具有良好的镇咳作用,对不同程度感冒后咳嗽均有较好的疗效。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan in patients with cough post infectious.Methods: 60 patients with cough post infectious who were treated in the out-patient clinic of Department of Respiratory from August 2010 to May 2011 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases into the study group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group were treated with conventional therapy of western medicine,the other group were treated with Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan in addition to the conventional treatment,then the clinical efficacy of both groups were observed.Results: The total effective rates were 93.33% and 83.33% respectively in the study group and control group.There was a significant differences in the total efficiency rate between the two groups,processed by statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion: Zhike Chuanbei Pipa Diwan has a good antitussive effect and a better effect on cough post infectious in different levels.
