Observations on the Dynamic Variety of Antibody Level against O, A and Asia I FMD Vaccines on Dairy Cows

本试验对犊牛母源抗体及不同阶段奶牛口蹄疫免疫抗体效价变化规律进行了观察研究,为口蹄疫免疫程序的制定提供试验依据。根据观察结果,建议免疫程序如下:90日龄进行首次免疫,首免后一个月进行二免,以后每4个月加强免疫一次。

To provide scientific reference for the use of FMD vaccine, this study monitor the FMD maternal antibody level of calves and assess the influence of FMD vaccine on immunization in cows at different ages. The results showed that an optimum first-immune time of calves should be about 90 days, that the calves should be given a second vaccination after fundamental immunity of 20 days, and that an intensive vaccination should be subsequently administered every four months.
