The groundwater mining well special is the one of the first national water census.The contents are to check the number,distribution and mining quantity of the national groundwater mining well,which could strengthen the supervision and management of the groundwater mining well and provide basic support and protection for the rational development,effective use and positive protection of groundwater resources and the implementation of the most stringent water management system.Based on the basin census work of the groundwater mining well special,the paper introduces the tasks of the basin special census and analyzes the work points from the aspects of the indicators obtain of the census forms,the census results summary and the census results audit,which could provide technical support and guarantee for the basin special census work,ensure the quality of the census.
