全光和遮光下库尔勒香梨果实品质的比较分析 被引量:19

摘要 为了探索不同光照下香梨果实品质的差异性,研究了自然全光和遮光对库尔勒香梨果实外观和内在品质的影响情况。结果表明:全光条件下果实的纵、横径和单果质量均极显著大于遮光下的果实,而光照条件对果形指数无明显影响;全光下果实中的可溶性固形物和可溶性糖的含量均明显高于遮光下的果实,而可滴定酸含量极显著低于遮光下的果实;全光下果实呈现淡红色,而遮光下的果实呈现绿色,全光下的果实光泽度比遮光下的果实低,黄色程度较淡;光照条件对库尔勒香梨果实的硬度、含水量和Vc含量均无显著影响,而全光下的果实其石细胞含量极显著高于遮光下的果实。 In order to explore quality differences of fragrant pear fruit in different light conditions, effects of natural full light and shade condition on fruit internal and external quality in Korla fragrant pear. The results show that the longitudinal and transect diameters of fruit and single fruit mass under full sunlight are significantly higher than the indexes under shade, but light condition has no significant effect on fruit shape index. The contents of soluble solids and soluble sugar in fruit under full sunlight are obviously higher than the indexes under shade condition, but the titratable acid content is extremely significantly lower than the index under shade. The fruits express rosiness under full sunlight, but it express green under shade, the lustrousness and yellow degree of fruits under full sunlight are lower than the indexes under shade. Light condition has no any significant effect on fruit firmness, water content and Vc content, but fruit stone cell content under full sunlight is higher than the index under shade.
